  • Calibration and sorting: We use modern equipment for dividing heads, allowing us to obtain fractions of a specific diameter (e.g., 15-30 mm, 30-50 mm), in accordance with client requirements. Optical sorting eliminates fragments discolored yellow or pink and loose fines.
  • Frozen product storage services: We have a modern cold storage chamber that guarantees the maintenance of stable, low temperatures. This ensures that the cauliflower remains free-flowing (IQF), does not clump, and does not turn gray in the packaging.
